Based in the Sydney CBD in a cool office, this is a career coaching service with employees across Australia.

To be eligible for this internship, you needs to have a moderate – advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. You also need to have a medium to good knowledge of basic social media media network and mail applications such as Gmail, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and knowledge of basic image design tools either in Photoshop or other.

• You must have an adequate knowledge of basic online and mobile applications please do not apply if you are a social media novice.
• You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing and you must be exceptionally presented and groomed.

The opportunity is open for 12-26 weeks

Working hours are 1 pm to 8 pm Monday to Friday with immediate start available.

Tasks

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• General Administration activities including filing and data entry and preparation of bi-weekly reports
• Response for applicants, clients , general correspondence and compilation of reports
• Assist in the preparation of the billing and accounting work as required
• Assist company director with various research projects and /or special projects and on & offline content curation
• Resume – Application and LinkedIn screening – review – feedback
• Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the coaching and service team
• Assist with  review interview training process and associated documentation
• Assist the Job Search Coaches Coordinator in Screening calls and selection activities
• Coaching session commencement, program induction and training activities
• Assist improve project procedures and processes
• Work Health and Safety projects OH&S procedures and Australian standards
• Opportunity to lead a project of your own
• General social media account monitoring and response
• Opportunities to co-facilitate learning programs to build facilitation skills and confidence
• Participation in relevant professional development workshops
• Job advertisement design and posting and starter kits / proposals, contracts
• Recruitment, Outplacement and on and out – boarding process documentation
